Payment for services
If you decided to order the consultation, please fill in the form and pay for the consultation via online-shop.
For the first consultation, there is only prepayment option.
You can pay by PayPal or via bank transfer. Please, choose the payment option during the order process. If you pay via bank transfer, you will be sent the invoice with bank connection. You will also receive an e-mail with the confirmation of your order.
How I work
The consultation will be sent in written form: you will receive an e-mail with detailed description of the diet and nutritional options. In addition, I send tables and illustrations, which help to understand the recommendations.
You can see in my calendar, which dates are free for appointments, you can also choose the date, when you want to be consulted.
I will send the confirmation, if the date is appropriate, or offer you another day. All the files will be sent by the end of the day (6 pm central European time).

Return policy
You can return your payment before the date of consultation, which was confirmed by us. We will return your payment, if it is not possible from our side to do a service. There will be no return on the date of consultation and after the service was done.

Zahlung der Dienstleistungen
Wenn Sie sich zur Bestellung der Ernährungsberatung entschlossen haben, füllen Sie bitte den Fragebogen ausführlich aus und bezahlen Sie bitte die gewünschte Beratung im Online-Shop.
Die Bezahlung der ersten Beratung erfolgt lediglich über Vorkasse.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit die Ernährungsberatung über unsere Webseite mit PayPal oder per Überweisung zu bezahlen. Die gewünschte Zahlungsmöglichkeit kann während des Bestellprozesses gewählt werden. Bei der Bezahlung mit Überweisung: am Ende des Bestellprozesses erscheint eine Bestellbestätigung mit der Angabe der Bankverbindung. Die Bestellbestätigung wird automatisch ebenfalls per Email versandt.
Ablauf der Beratung
Die Beratung erfolgt schriftlich: Sie bekommen ein Gutachten mit zusätzlichen Dateien (Tabellen, Grafiken) zur Erklärung und Darstellung der Ration.
Sie können in meinem Kalender sehen, welche Termine noch offen sind, und das erwünschte Datum der Beratung wählen.
Sie bekommen danach schriftliche Bestätigung, dass der Fragebogen und die Bezahlung von mir erhalten sind. Ich bestätige auch, ob der gewünschte Termin von mir übernommen sein kann, oder gebe Ihnen einen anderen Termin. Alle Dateien werden bis Ende des vereinbartes Tages gesandt (18 Uhr, zentrale europäische Zeit).

Rückerstattung
Ihre Zahlung kann bis Datum der Beratung, die von uns bestätigt wurde, zurückerstattet sein. Im Fall, wenn unser Service unverfügbar ist, werden wir Ihnen die Zahlung zurückerstatten. Eine Rückerstattung, die am Tag der Beratung oder später angefordet wurde, ist nicht möglich.

Оплата услуг
Если Вы решили заказать консультацию, заполните, пожалуйста, подробно заявку и оплатите услугу в нашем онлайн-магазине.
Первичная консультация осуществляется исключительно по предоплате.
Оплата возможна на сайте с помощью PayPal или прямого банковского перевода (европейский счет). Способ оплаты можно выбрать при заказе консультации. При оплате банковским переводом Вы получите письмо с реквизитами, номером счета и суммой к оплате. Вы также получите письменное подтверждение Вашего заказа.
Порядок консультации
Консультация выполняется письменно: Вы получите заключение с подробным описанием рациона и дополнительными материалами (таблицы, графики), поясняющими рекомендации.
Вы можете увидеть в календаре свободные для консультаций даты и забронировать удобное для Вас время.
Вы получите письменное подтверждение, что заявка и оплата получены. Также придет подтверждение даты консультации или будет предложен другой день. Все материалы будут присланы к концу дня (до 18 часов по центральному европейскому времени.

Возврат
Возврат оплаченных средств возможен до наступления подтвержденной даты консультации. В случае, если с нашей стороны предоставление сервиса невозможно, мы вернем вам оплату. Возврат средств в день консультации или после оказания услуги невозможен.
